SHIPPING POLICY

Our flowers don’t just travel, they arrive properly.

 

Every GRANDÉ bouquet is carefully boxed upright and secured in specialist hydrating gel to keep stems fresh and stable on their journey.

When it lands?

 

Remove the stems from the gel, give them a quick rinse under fresh water, and place them straight into a vase with clean water. Easy.

 

We send our flowers as fresh as physically possible, securely packaged and dispatched via a next-day courier service.

 

Once your bouquet leaves us, it’s in the hands of the courier. While delays are rare, they can occasionally happen, and we’re unable to take responsibility for any transit hold-ups.

 

We promise the drama in the bouquet, not in the delivery.​

Bouquets are either hand delivered by a GRANDÉ team member or delivered by a courier service.
